We have a myriad of assignments from which to choose. We have assignments nationwide, from large hospitals associated with teaching institutions, to more rural settings where you can enjoy a little more slower paced lifestyle. You name it and we have it, if we don't have it , , , we can get it!
6. What happens once I have selected an assignment?
Once you have selected a specific assignment, your tempsPLUS-Medical Coordinator will work directly with you and the facility that you have selected so that they have an opportunity to review your background and areas of expertise. Your tempsPLUS-Medical Coordinator will arrange an over-the telephone interview between you and the hiring supervisor at the facility you have selected. This is a good time for you to have a prepared list of questions concerning the unit where you will be working, as well as any other questions that will make you feel more comfortable and prepared to take on your new assignment. Once everyone feels comfortable we take steps to get you on your way.
7. How do I get to my assignment?
We have found that it is probably best for you to drive to your new assignment. That way when you arrive, you are more mobile and you have the opportunity to explore and better enjoy your new surroundings. If you prefer to leave your car at home, that is fine too. Whatever method of transportation that you choose, tempsPLUS-Medical will help you by providing a generous travel allowance.
8. What type of housing can I expect when I arrive?
Our housing is comfortable and conveniently located so that you will be able to get to and from work with a minimal amount of commuting time.
